Overall, SimpliSafe seems to be going to great lengths to respond to any issues that their customers are reporting. Some users have reported cell connectivity issues, but also say that SimpliSafe responded by sending them cell boosters. Some customers have reported long wait times for Customer Service assistance, but our SecurityNerd had a very positive experience with Customer Service and waited less than one minute before being connected to a representative, so those issues may have been addressed by SimpliSafe.
